If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 72 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of £15 (if you haven’t paid your deposit for any reason). Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a full treatment fee.
